We can issue export-related documents in Donggubat’s official format or respond to the vendor’s required templates if necessary.

(In case of exporting to China) General cosmetic products require 3–4 months, while functional products may take up to 12–13 months for approval, depending on category and region.

Once the BOM and PO are confirmed, the production schedule will be set in consultation with your sales representatives.

All orders are closed monthly by default.

Changes or carry-overs are possible only after internal review.

Concept ingredients are added in small amounts to enhance the product’s story or marketing concept rather than to provide direct efficacy 

(e.g., botanical extracts).

Donggubat supports claim and labeling review in accordance with the Cosmetics Act and Advertising Regulations.

However, copywriting or foreign language adaptation is not included.

 Ingredients should be listed in descending order of concentration, while those under 1% (and fragrances) may be listed in any order.

Functional claims (e.g., whitening, wrinkle improvement, UV protection) must be approved by the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) before being labeled.

A CT test examines the chemical and physical compatibility between the formulation and its packaging.

The process usually takes around 10 days, including a 7-day high-temperature stability test.

Test conditions can be adjusted upon request.

A quality audit is a process that verifies whether Donggubat’s manufacturing system meets the client’s quality standards.

On-site inspections and documentation reviews are available upon request.

Schedules will be arranged in coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.

Our Quality Control (QC) team will review the issue, identify the cause, and provide an appropriate solution.

You may request product test reports, certificates of analysis (COA), or quality guarantee documents through your representative.

Initial development samples (3 pcs per version) are provided free of charge.

Additional or revised samples may incur additional costs.

Donggubat conducts internal quality testing for all initial production batches.

Additional third-party testing can be arranged upon request, with extra costs if applicable.

A mold is a metal form used to mass-produce products with the same shape.

The ownership of the completed mold belongs to the client.

If a new mold is required, Donggubat will collect quotes from partner mold manufacturers and provide you with the quotation for review.

Depending on the design complexity, mold production usually takes 3 to 5 weeks.

A pre-mold is an existing, shared mold that can be reused for production. 

It reduces both development time and cost since no new mold fabrication is required.

Customer-supplied materials refer to raw or packaging components provided directly by the client.

They should be delivered to Donggubat’s manufacturing facility after prior coordination.

All materials must undergo an incoming inspection before being used in production.

Packaging materials refer to containers, boxes, labels, and all other components forming the final product.

Secondary materials such as shock absorbers, set packaging, and inserts are also included.

Before delivery, please ensure materials are undamaged and quantities are accurate.
