OEM & ODM Process
We receive initial requests from clients regarding brand concepts, target markets, and desired product categories.
Our R&D center develops formula samples and provides the first prototypes reflecting client feedback.
We finalize product specifications — including ingredients, fragrance, functionality, containers, and package design.
Through safety and stability testing as well as certification procedures, we verify product suitability and compliance.
Once the final order is confirmed, we procure and inspect verified raw materials and packaging components.
A pilot batch is produced to review process suitability and formula stability, incorporating necessary improvements.
Products are manufactured under hygienic standards — including filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging.
After the final quality inspection, finished goods are delivered to the client’s logistics center or designated location.
